I've deleted my blog in favor of poems. They're just better.

Hailing the Void

Written by You on November 17, 2017

Oh hail to the Void,
I love to loathe
Thee.
You’re as prime as the night
and terrible as black-ish sea.

What is it that I hear?
A call to your mind?
Of course, endless dither
is all that they'll find.

Inkling the men abhor, and inkling women asunder
Your face
Your face
Your face
from another mother…

We all stand before
your hungry, gigantic
gape.
As fated by our hands,
as any old apes.
And when in Judgement I find a voice to speak,

I’ll utter no words to your darkness,
a force so pleasant,
so meek.

It’s true, I know, you’re as valid as the light.
It’s proven, that’s right, I’m as true as the night.
But it isn’t in my head,
that the mystery is so dear,
it’s
to
the
Others,
that I’ll listen and cheer…

Their toils against the light,
fight like the day.
Honoring just one mother’s child,
Like a bastard's stereo-nil'd.

Break their ana-log
with your drogue-axe,
Separate not your mother
from
one
another.

To end this silly rant,
and to close this aweful tirade,
let me finish, it’s finished;
Let me be forced one day to say:

"No light,
no darkness
in You,
I’ll find.
Just,
Still
Peace.

And a humble Mind.

Mourning Love

Written by you on November 16, 2017

Where there is great love,
there is mourning.
At morning break,
light.

Where darkness has lost its grip,
A glorious beginning
takes root.

From empty soil to broken sod,
Budding life reaches back towards the light,
mourning the safety of the night.

The fettered green leaf graces the light.
A monument to it's victory,
a lamentation for the night.

Where there is great love,
there is also morning,
at mourning break,
there is
Light.

Infinity, I am

Trapped in a lonely and desperate place, I discovered a truth that set me free. I gave up the struggle of reason and chose a vision of faith. I reject blind assertion and instead make real my own faith with my hands, and my heart. This is a collection that speaks directly to the only thing we can know, which is love.

Infinity, I am
By me

I love me and so do we/he
To become you, what was two should become one
It's only what it is
Believe and Belive
Infinity and me
God is in the rain
Infinity I wait for thee
This is what I know:
Doubt, I won't
Make real your faith
Love is all I know

Paradox of love -
virgin births, living sacrifices, God as a man, these are the paradoxes of our faith. But all the same, still paradoxes, if we say this exists we must truly know nothing, but love - for We have felt it.

One with -
As mere men and women we're never inclined to want to call ourselves one with God or vice versa. We want to be just mere people. Yet the writing is clear, Jesus was a mere man. So let Christ rise up in you.

Caterpillar -
the story of salvation was written by nature, it is evident in life itself. When complete, existence is changed and limits are almost always broken - for some.

Cast -
who is casting light? It must need only be the sun. It is the source of all good on the earth and its light provides life. It's no coincidence that the Son and the Sun are one.

Rain -
rain is restoration, it is also revival. Without its invigoration we would dry up. Literally, water is a source for continued renewal. This is how the world was made.

Tenebras Lux -
a gorgeous Latin phrase that reminds us "light comes after darkness." Its a subtle reminder that the best things in life come from no thing. In the beginning, before light, was the void. That's not a scary place, it's just a beginning.

The end -
impossible to define, the concept of infinity is so resilient that it proves we'd live this life for infinity. As long as time thrives we will always have another beginning. We can't imagine a universe without it. Or can we?

Stars -
law is written into nature the same way that it's been written into the human heart. We're wired to love ourselves and each other. I'm so thankful for this amazingly graceful aesthetic. Love is the foundation of law and perpetuity. Through it, we can be ourselves.

Light therefore -
light is divided in a prism, but how so or why? Diversity is written like law throughout the living world. Each of us makes up a wavelength of creation. Both one, yet also separate, in and at the same moment.

Belive -
Not misspelled, rewritten. Made new. the laws that came before had to be revised. the Christ made all things new. Now we must live love, love each other and love ourselves. Believe it I say unto thee.

Love -
if we know infinity we must know love. Perpetually connected, love is an in finite force of the human psyche. In it we can truly know. Since paradoxi exist, we remain humbled. Give up the reason against it.

And me -
yes. and you. You can't escape this thing. Infinity is you and contains you. Infinity plus one is still infinity. What are we seeking to disprove? Sometimes things can be so beautifully written, they're hard to understand. Yet in mere words we can begin to understand our own end.
